My Review:

I have known Veronika for a few years now, and when I saw she had a book coming out I just knew I had to get a hold of it. The Nika I know is a fun loving, warm and positively charmed woman so I just knew if she was sharing more on how she got that way then I needed it. 

The book gives us a few ways in which to use itm you meditate on the affirmations, write them out and stick all over your home (one of the qoutes is now firmly affixed to my bathroom mirror), write them in your journal and explore what each belief means to you. I loved that she gave us a few more ways other than the known methods as a way to learn and gain from these affirmations.

There are 150 as stated in the book title which range from dealing with Karma, to accepting your past to sending love to oneself and to the world. I enjoyed reading them and getting more out of them by journaling with them, which is one of the many tools she discussed using. 

It's a fast fun read, I read through it then went back and used ones I liked, You can use one a day for the next few months of the year, or you can use one to mediate on for as long as needed. It's a book well worth the time and efforts. Love it!!
