Fitness Challenge Update

Hi there

this is late i know but i dreaded stepping on the scale. I know i have been doing better than before but not as good as I good be. I really need to add aerobics, and weight training, but I always seem to find something else to do.
On the positive side, I have been cooking better meals and not snacking as much and have even gotten in some serious hikes. I live near three major trails as well as across from a golf course so i have plenty of places to walk and I have been enjoying those, I run when i take off a little more weight, I wouldn’t want to die while running because a boob flipped up and killed me. ; P

My meals have almost all been grilled, broiled, or steamed, and only a few traditional Jamaican fried fare in there.  I have stocked up on hummus, grapes, pita chips, peanut and almond butter, as well as some local jellies from organic farms near me.

So time for the moment of truth:
Weight at the beginning of this:  240.2
Weight now:  238 lbs

Not a lot, but a little goes a long way!!!
